  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced zucchini
  • 1 cup diced asparagus
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add carrots, zucchini, and asparagus to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the peas and chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Add vegetable broth and thyme, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
