  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in rice, broth, paprika, salt, and pepper, then add chicken back to the skillet.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
