1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 package Red Lobster biscuit mix
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a large baking dish.
Prepare the Red Lobster biscuit mix according to the package instructions.
Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture, covering it evenly.
