These Quick Christmas Cranberry Meatballs are the perfect festive treat, combining savory turkey bacon with a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce until warm.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the warm cranberry sauce to coat.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
