  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams pumpkin, diced
  • 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices crispy turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced pumpkin and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until soft.
  4. Stir in the crispy turkey bacon and cook until heated through.
