- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
