A deliciously creamy and hearty soup that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with macaroni.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente.
  5. Reduce the heat and stir in the milk and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
  • This soup is great for freezing. Just thaw and reheat to serve.
