Ingredients

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
