  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup sweet corn, drained
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  4. Add sweet corn and ranch seasoning to the beef, stirring to combine.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, beef mixture, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
