- 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound sliced ham
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer the ham and Swiss cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Sprinkle the cooked turkey bacon on top.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush with the butter mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Try adding a spicy mustard for an extra kick.
