A delicious and easy-to-make casserole combining kielbasa sausage and cheesy potatoes for a comforting meal.

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the kielbasa for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the sautéed kielbasa to the potato mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
