  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, preferably cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
