  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, let the salad sit for a few hours before serving.
  • Can substitute fresh herbs for dried for enhanced taste.
