This Gingerbread Tiramisu combines the classic flavors of gingerbread with the creamy indulgence of tiramisu, perfect for festive gatherings.

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 24 gingerbread cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the brewed coffee, coffee liqueur, and vanilla extract.
  2. In another mixing bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Dip each gingerbread cookie into the coffee mixture, then layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
