A delicious and comforting Egg Roll Soup made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cooked chicken ham, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in onion and carrots, cooking until softened.
  4. Add chicken broth, cabbage, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in green onions, soy sauce, and chicken ham. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
