  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; sauté until soft.
  4. Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, and heavy cream; stir to combine and heat through.
  5. Mix in cooked spaghetti and half of the parmesan cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
