A delicious and easy recipe for Bow Tie Pasta Lasagna featuring Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham.

  • 12 ounces bow tie pasta
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, half of the meat mixture, and half of the sauce mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh basil or parsley on top before serving.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon and chicken ham with other meats if desired.
