  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and bacon; toss to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes
