  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Assemble the sliders: place a patty on each bun, top with Swiss cheese and turkey bacon, and add pickles.
  7. Place assembled sliders in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
