2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 cup beef broth
1 cup water
1 packet onion soup mix
4 hoagie rolls
4 slices provolone cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, water, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the roast.
