  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine black beans, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
