- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 cup celery
