- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the glaze thickens.
