  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add chicken thighs and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and let rest.
  4. Warm corn tortillas in the skillet.
  5. Shred the chicken and assemble tacos by placing chicken, turkey bacon, onions, and cilantro on each tortilla.
  6. Drizzle with lime juice before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken in spices for at least an hour before cooking.
