Delicious and easy chicken enchiladas that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, enchilada sauce, cumin, and garlic powder.
  3. Take a tortilla, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up. Place it seam side down in a baking dish.
  4. Repeat until all the tortillas are filled.
  5. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes
