- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and fluffy.
