- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 3 cups corn tortillas, cut into strips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onions until fully cooked.
