1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheese
1 packet taco seasoning
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup oil for frying
Instructions
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, then fold and roll up tightly.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chimichangas until golden brown.
