An easy and delicious recipe for Bang Bang Fried Rice featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cook for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Mix well and cook until heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
