  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the sautéed chicken ham and crumble the turkey bacon on top.
  5. Crack the eggs over the layers of meat and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set.
