  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
  4. Stir in half of the enchilada sauce and remove from heat.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish, seam side down.
  7. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
