  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add half the enchilada sauce to the beef and mix well.
